Recording Fee Increase in N.C.

The fee for all Deeds of Trusts or Mortgages recorded on or after October 1, 2008 will be increased to $24 for the first page and $3 for each additional page. The $24 includes the $2 probate fee. The fee increase also applies to the rerecording of these documents.
