Commissioners Besse recognized for support of local trail system

Forsyth County Commissioner Dan Besse was recognized on Feb. 6 at the Piedmont Legacy Trails Summit held at Salem Lake Marina. Commissioner Besse received this award in recognition of his longstanding advocacy and support for the development and expansion of trails throughout the local community and the broader region. His continued leadership has helped advance opportunities for outdoor recreation and connectivity across Forsyth County.
